How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I try not to stress about food, but eat clean and about 90% Paleo - Works for me, fuels my training and I recover well! :)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Elite Gymnastics until I was 7 and then just school sports and dance, a very active childhood... pulling, pushing, jumping climbing... sound familiar! ;)
