I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I train 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off (2nd rest day includes active recovery) My multiple workouts begin in November and begin the ramp up to Open, then ramp up more for qualifier and even more if i make it to the Games.
