My Athletic Background
Gymnastics for 20 years. Specialized in Trampoline sports/power tumbling and Acrobatic Gymnastics. Competed at National elite and International elite level from 2001 - 2011 Trained and raced in Canoe Slalom K1 and C2 for 5 years. Competed at State, National and International events, and coached by Olympic and world champions.
My Experience With CrossFit
Made it to the CrossFit Games in my rookie year in 2013. Every year I'm stronger, fitter and learn more about myself and what I'm capable of.
