Bio

Internet marketing guy by trade. I get up early and work in my PJs until time to head to the box. Then back to my web magic. I spend my evenings and weekends as a volunteer swim coach where I coach about 60 kids. I got into CF last August when our swim team started using it as dryland/strength & conditioning training for our swimmers. I figured I'd set a good example by doing it too. When I began, I was pretty overweight. Due to commitment and hitting it hard, I've seen better results than I expected. I'm hoping to set a competitive example too for my swimmers with my effort in the open.
