Bio

Outdoors enthusiast with a background in Ultimate Frisbee, Rowing, and Yoga. Switched up my diet in 2015 and started working on my weaknesses while mixing workouts and weighlifting training which seems to be working well so far.

ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Constantly experimenting with my diet to find what facilitates my best performances, and doesn't take up all my time in planning and food prep.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I write my own programming

I record my workouts

Regular WODs with additional sessions of conditioning, gymnastics, and Olympic weightlifting.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I played college sports

Rowed crew at the University of Victoria for one year, then traveled to India and New Zealand to do Yoga before getting back into competitive Ultimate Frisbee with my University team. Started Crossfit at the end of my degree and wish I had found it while I was still rowing as that would have been a major factor in keeping me fit enough in the off-season.
