I love the variety and varied intensity of Crossfit workouts. It's never boring or repetitive. There's always a new challenge!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I currently work out at my affiliate 5 times per week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Can't believe it's been 2 years ... I really should have pull-ups and double-unders by now. :-)
