How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow a 4 block zone diet without weighing the foods. The next step in my fitness/fuel routine is to start weighing my portions.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
On days that I am traveling or unable to make it to the affiliate, I follow travel WODs or I run.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Track. This schedule left little time for weight training.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I was diagnosed with a Psoriatic Arthritis this past year. Before joining CrossFit, I was heavily reliant on medication to ease my joint pain, to sleep, and to function normally. Since beginning CrossFit, I have found new life in my joints and my range of motion. I rarely use anti-inflammatory medication now. CrossFit has changed my life!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically follow the programming at CF NWA.
