I hit CF 2-3x/week and run or do other activities 2x/week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I've never enjoyed working out. Ever. Until I went to Rocklin CrossFit in spring 2011. I fell in love with the coaches and their philosophies and never looked back. I'm not a beast, but I try and have grown so much athletically and physically because of RCF.
