How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat breakfast within 1/2 hour of waking up. I eat half my lunch or a snack by 11:30, and then half my lunch or a snack at 2:30, and then dinner between 6 and 7.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I do CrossFit Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, rest on Tuesdays and sometimes Sundays, have a Personal Trainer on Thursdays, where we do a combination of reformer pilates, weight training and circuit training. On Saturdays, I will go my gym, The Fitness Incentive, and take either a Body Sculpting class or a Kick Boxing class.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I have been exercising all my life, but not in team sports.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I did the On Ramp training for 3 weeks in October, and began taking CrossFit classes on November 4, 2011.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
As of today, I have been doing CrossFit for only 3 months.
