How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 4-6 healthy meals a day, along with snacks. I My fav is ribs and steak!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Plymouth crossfit is where i do most of my training and is like my second home =). I also train at lifetime fitness.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played volley ball from middle school threw high school. I also swam in high school for a year.
