How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 4-6 healthy meals a day, along with snacks. I My fav is ribs and steak!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played volley ball from middle school threw high school. I also swam in high school for a year.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been in recovery from an injury followed by lack of proper care and rehabilitation for 6+ months. Definitely learned my lesson and ready to get back to it. :)
