How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
Being a college student, I shop well and eat home cooked meals, but I am limited in time and money!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I usually follow Crossfit Invictus Competition programming, and if not, I write my own programming. I enjoy longer endurance workouts, but sprints keep me well rounded.

I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I train other people
I started in 2009 with a certified kettlebell instructor who knew about CrossFit and I took off from there. I had never done any functional exercise prior.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
5 days on, 2 days off, totaling 8 days off a month.
