How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I include Paleo foods as much as possible, but don't strictly consume Paleo. Prefer to eat local fish I've caught myself. I enjoy leaner meats, such as buffalo, in place of ground beef.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also incorporate running, biking, and yoga along with CrossFit.
