How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat paleo diet as much as possible as I found my body responds best to this style of eating.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train 6 days a week at Crossfit Townsville. I hope to increase this as my strength and abilities increase.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Before crossfit, I would exercise to be skinny, because that's what your supposed to do and be. I lost a lot of weight because of it but I never really understood what it meant to be Fit and Healthy. I now know and understand what my body needs. It is no longer a mundane chore that has to be done. This is my healthy life, and I love it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
The mental health benefits of exercise is undeniable, but once I started at the affiliate, it became even more evident, not only did those "happy hormones" and endorphins start racing around, the people I met, the support I felt, it's unbelievable. I have gone from being someone who was affected by depression and anxiety, that never thought I'd be free, to a happy and confident person who will never look back. I like to say "I used to have depression and anxiety, now I have deadlifts and double unders" thankyou Crossfit and Crossfit Townsville.

I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
