I try to eat Paleo but find myself eating non-Paleo foods with the rest of the family most nights.

My Athletic Background
I danced when I was younger and played a little bit of recreational ball, but was not very athletic, nor was anyone else in my family. I took a weight lifting class in college and really enjoyed it. Ever since then I've loved being in a gym setting and lifting weights. I found CrossFit about 3 years ago and can't imagine doing anything else.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I joined CrossFit in Feb 2011. I had to take some time off in early 2012 due to a back injury, and am thrilled that I have fully recovered from back surgery.
