I am a dynamic figure , often seen scaling walls, and crushing ice between my pinky and thumb. I've been known to fix wireless communications and do amazing things on my Mac in between my wods and playing with my two sons. I translate ethnic slurs to local afghanis when at my other job. I write award winning broadway musicals, and I like to tread water on occasion for 3 days in a row. I woo women with my sensuous and godlike trombone playing, I can pilot a bicycle up severe inclines with superhero like speed, and I can cook 30-minute brownies in 20. I'm an expert in Words with Friends, a veteran in love, and an outlaw in 188 countries. Using only a shovel and a glass of water, I once single handedly defended a small village in the Amazon from a horde of ferocious army ants. I play bluegrass cello. I was scouted by the Padres, and I'm also the subject of numerous documentaries. I enjoy urban hang gliding and every other tuesday, I am an interpreter for the DMV free of charge. I'm an abstract artist, a concrete analyst, and a ruthless bookie. Critics worldwide swoon over my original line of corduroy wear. I work hard but never perspire. I can hurl tennis rackets with deadly accuracy. I once read Moby Dick and War & Peace in one day and still had time to bang out the Filthy Fifty in under 20. I balance, I weave, I dodge, I frolic, and my bills are all paid. On the weekends to let off some steam, I participate in full contact origami. Not to mention I'm a pretty good looking Crossfitter!

How I Eat

I eat whatever is convenient

I eat clean except when my kid doesn't eat all his grainy deliciousness, at which point I devour it willingly and feel sorry for myself shortly afterwards.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

SLC Crossfit Baby. I'm not trying to be the worlds best exerciser. I just like to compete.

My Athletic Background

I played a lot of GI Joe as a kid and currently hold the world record for ghost riding my bike, and I've also been known to throw rocks into empty coffee cans at distances greater than 18ft.

My Experience With CrossFit

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I once had a 50year old man school me in a wod. At that point I knew something had to change. So I kicked him out of my box and now there isn't a 50 year old in sight that can take me!

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually get one work out a day in unless you call living in a Russian Goulag camp run by my wife working out. Then I would say all day everyday!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

4+ years

From the minute I came out the womb I've been working on my functional fitness. I'm pretty much GTG (Good To Go)
