Played soccer, basketball and baseball in high school and continued soccer in college for Wittenberg University. Two years after graduating I was needing something more than a globo-gym, where I was bored and wasn't seeing much in the way of results, and stopped training for about a year altogether. I found Crossfit through a friend in February of 2011 - took about a 4-month break during fall/winter of 2011 and haven't looked back since.

Started working with OPEX programming at the end of January of 2016 and have enjoyed it/see good results so far. Really like the scientific approach to improving weaker energy systems while maintaining stronger ones.
