Began Crossfit workouts in March of 2013 at North Dallas Crossfit. I worked out through August when a career change uprooted me to Oklahoma. Here I began to start my new career and look for a new box. After about 4 months, and my first novice competition at the Festivus Games in Texas, I have found a home at Crossfit OKC full time. I've lost a few of my gains but am excited to propel forward with my fitness and enjoy the competition of the 2014 Crossfit Games Open. Prior to Crossfit, I rowed for UNC Chapel Hill and was in the United States Marine Corps.

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I'm also training for my first half marathon in April and train some individually at local parks and my company gym.
