I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I want to eat strict Paleo but am not there yet (money, time) - I've changed my eating habits drastically since starting crossfit, and am on the right track!

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

Hope to complete my Level 1 cert in the next year!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Schedule permitting I want to go 5 times a week - lately has been 3-4.
