How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat healthy. My diet mainly consists of fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains and lean meats. I do have "cheat" meals so Iâ€™m about 80/20 on my diet. In addition to whole foods, I like to trade the salt for super spices that provide a magnitude of health benefits and help with my recovery. Flare it up!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I work out 3-4 times a week. I incorporate soccer, basketball, snowboarding and hiking in my routine whenever possible.

I played college sports
Played Div I soccer and also played high school basketball.
