How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat mainly Paleo but am not super strict, especially when out of the house.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also run at least once per week, rock climb, and hike.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I swam on swim team in middle school and high school as well as played soccer. I studied martial arts for 5 years after high school.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I work out at CrossFit 4 times per week on average. I typically do more than just the WOD. I also run at least one day per week.
