I am a mother to a 5 year old and 2 year old. I first discovered Crossfit in late 2013 and took Fundamental classes from a local box. Shortly after I joined Crossfit Rx'D in December 2013. I had not lifted a barbell, nor heavy weights since 2000. My first time doing Olympic lifting was when I first started Crossfit, among many other new movements. The first Crossfit workout I ever did, I was hooked and I have never looked back since. I work hard to play hard.

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
Joined a Crossfit Affiliate in December 2013. We built our own garage gym as I am also a full time CPA, giving me time to squeeze workouts at home between work and children.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I have always participated in sports from softball, soccer, track and cheer leading in high-school to collegiate softball. Post college I enjoyed triathlons and hiking.
