How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I'm on the road on avg 3+ weeks per month. I do the best I can at airports and small towns.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I show up when I'm in town and do whatever is on the board. If I have time while on the road I visit other affiliates but that is rare anymore. I generally only workout every other week.

I played youth or high school level sports

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
There wasn't an option for "I do workouts 3x per week and take every other week off"
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Began in Aug 2009. Ruptured Achilles tendon Feb 2011 so I obviously took that year off.
