I eat whatever is convenient
I'm on the road on avg 2+ weeks per month. I do the best I can at airports and small towns.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I show up when I'm in town and do whatever is on the board. If I have time while on the road I visit other affiliates.
