I'm Kalan Quash from Orlando, Fl. I'm in the military currently going to be training for special operations. I like to do CrossFit in conjunction with training to help me with selection.

How I Eat

I weigh and measure my food

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I eat mostly paleo; I also kind of eat whatever I want on my "cheat meals." I'd like to consider my eating portions to be 80% paleo and 20% whatever looks good on the weekends.
