How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Pretty much paleo, but do have some dairy, protein powders, and the occasional cheat meal.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Currently still play semi-pro football.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
Started at the YMCA, worked out at CrossFit Legacy, and then CrossFit Utility where I'm at now. Getting my Level 1 in March at Rogue in Columbus.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
Basically 3 on, 1 off, but throw some changes in there once football season starts.
