I am the proud co-owner of Reebok CrossFit Officine in Milano Italy I am 55 years old . Before crossfit was in amateur boxing .Started crossfit 5 years ago. Proud father of 3 girls.my dream is to qualify for the games... Sooner or later I will make it!

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Lots of nuts and bresaola ( dryed beef ) and pork... Carbos only at breakfast.. No cheese... No alcohol !..lots of white meat and veggies and fruit. i supplement with multivitamin and omega3
