I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Meat and veggies all week. Usually dining out Fridays and lunch on Saturdays.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Competitive swimming between 11-13 years old. Local and National competitions. Soccer competitive for 3 years in high school. Soccer recreational for 3 years now.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Excellent way to get back in shape. It has also helped me a lot for the soccer games stamina and sprint. Has not helped at all with shots, oh well, at least I am always running.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Crossfit 3 days on 1 day off Extra activities include soccer and swimming
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started because I was feeling very tired all the time and clothing was shrinking at an alarming pace. Happy to inform that shrinking has receded and my clothing is actually getting bigger now.
