I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I eat paleo most of the time does that count?! Haha

I played youth or high school level sports

I played college sports

I was a nationally competitive equestrian rider growing up and into college with an all time high of placing 5th in the country. I was a cheerleader all throughout high school, played soccer and was also on the dive/swim team.
