How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started at CrossFit Oahu with Bryant Powers in 2007. Moved to CA in 2010 and trained with David Paradiso at Paradiso CrossFit in Marina del Rey. Opened CrossFit Anacapa with my wife Alex (who I met at CrossFit!) in April of 2012.
