How I Eat
I follow pizza, donuts, ice cream, and burgers on instagram. Sometimes I eat those things, but most of the time I eat Casein pudding instead.
How I Train
I'm really not sure. I am honestly surprised that I am even able to get out of bed most mornings.
My Athletic Background
After becoming bored with breaking my body while wrestling, I chose to do the same in the ring, fighting MMA. I then I thought to myself, "why stop there?". I can break my body much faster doing CrossFit! Yay!
My Experience With CrossFit
I have come to the realization that in order to be competitive in "functional" fitness, you must sacrifice functionality in everyday life.
