I've started running long distance for 6 years. At the beginning it was 2-3 miles each day. I didn't care of weather outside. I took my shoes, truck-suit and run ahead. It helped me to relax and didn't think about any problems. In August 2013 I've started doing CrossFit. I was not sure if it was for me, but my brother encouraged me to take part in foundation at CrossFit AMRAP. I don't regret! I still have to adjust my body to fast and short workouts. I've never tried weight lifting, gymnastics exercises f.e. pull ups, ring dips, handstand push ups. Now I am trying to do my best every day in CrossFit WODs. Be strong and keep it up. But I still love jogging for 10 miles or more... :)

I do crossfit every day. I go jogging 1 day a week. I do yoga 3-4 times per week.
