My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I played college sports

I started playing sports at a ripe age of 5 (soccer and basketball). Once I started high school, I played soccer, volleyball, basketball, and ran indoor/outdoor track. Of course I had to change my mind several times in my span of 4 years to figure out what I loved - and it was the 400m sprint. I tried everything to get out of it but field events weren't for me! When I went to college, I toyed with the idea to run track. I am by no means an elite track star (and by that I went to a very small school, ha!). I didn't last long but I gave it a go - and decided collegiate sports weren't for me. I was still involved in intramural sports for fun to stay active. Once I moved to Texas, I tried CrossFit. I was immediately addicted.
