I try to eat well, focusing on whole foods, but avoid obsessing over every bite. It's about the big picture, including health & happiness!

I follow CrossFit London's competitive programming & attend all speciality classes (Oly lifting, mobility, gymnastics) each week.
My Athletic Background
Sports I've done competitively: dance (tap, jazz, ballet), x-country, track & field, soccer, triathlons, hockey (varsity athlete), rowing (varsity athlete)
My Experience With CrossFit
Previous CrossFit Success: 3rd at Sectionals (2010, individual), 4th at Canada East Regionals (2011, team), 21st at Canada East Regionals (2013, individual), 25th at Canada East Regionals (2014, individual)
My Work/Rest Schedule
Balanced around working full-time, I train 2x/day a few days a week, 1x/day a few days a week, Sundays are active recovery days (hot yoga, hiking, or complete rest), and I take extra rest days as my body needs it.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started CrossFit Nov. 2008 when the sport was raw and relatively unheard of.
