I started at Crossfit Midlo in the April 2013 Roots class with my wife, Chrissy, and we have been hooked ever since. We have two great daughters who participate in CrossFit Kids. I've played soccer all my life and love surfing and snowboarding. Just trying to stay active and have fun!
