Mother of four children trying to live a healthy life by exercising and eating healthy. Making exercise a priority has made me a better Mom, wife, and person. CrossFit has brought out the athlete in me I thought I never see again.

I workout six days and rest one. Sometimes I'll take two days off if my body is in need of an extra day.
