How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat APAP (As Paleo As Possible). But right now I usually just eat whatever I want.

I played youth or high school level sports
Football and Track all 4 years of high school. After highschool I joined the Marines and just did whatever PT we had to do.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week

I try my best to go 5 days a week. Usually the week would go 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off. But most of the time I just take the weekend off and go as many times as I can throughout the week. Due to my recent move to Okinawa Japan I haven't been able to go as much as I'd like to.
