How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I do my best to eat a balanced, healthy diet. I don't measure food, count calories or weigh my food. I have two young daughters and want them to have a healthy concept of food and diet, not obsess over calories, etc.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have played volleyball ever since I was 9 and continue to play in a rec league once a week. I also played basketball and ran track in high school and college.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I usually workout 3-5 times a week. Ideally, I work out 4 days a week consistently but sometimes life gets in the way. Over the summer, I like to get into the gym 5 days a week.
