Paleo. Still eat dark chocolate, rice, and potatoes.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
You know, we just take off our shirts before we get hot. We dont pretend like we need to take our shirts off half way into the workout.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
Football. Boise State. Defensive End. Took souls and got water for the real players.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
Level 1 Certified Rehabber. When I am not rehabbing I am just getting ready to hurt myself. Dont stand by me when I workout, we might both get hurt.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
3 Days on, 1 day off.
