How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever I want,but I do eat healthy, my wife cooks me great home cooked Spanish meals and I can't complain!!!! Also I drink a lot of water. What would I do without My Wife Yani!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
My Crossfit Journey has been a True Challenge and A learning Experience and a True Blessing from God, for my health and well being. I have learned a lot from this sport for 3 years and met so many great people and Game Athletes of different backgrounds, and so many different aspects on training too become an Elite Athlete. I also got too train with Julie Foucher and was also Coached by her my first year of crosfit. I thank all My Coaches who have trained me over the year's and for supporting me on My Journey! Not sure how I will do this year due too I had a small injury, but I had too come back and at least try. I may get knocked down a few times in this sport, but I will get back up too fight, Humble and I Love too train!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
As a kid, I played all sports and Loved to workout, In high school I played football, basketball, baseball and I also ran track and a little gymnastics (tumbling). As I got older I still worked out everyday ,and I also boxed. I am also known as a Bar-World Athlete 3arwalk3r many have seen me on youtube.com or have seen videos by Bartendaz, Hannibal the king, Barbarians,Barstarzz or Calisthenics Kingz which are Calisthenics teams in N.Y.C that Inspired me in 2009, and Is my foundation to being a Crossfit Athlete. But to me since God gave me a gift, to share with everyone, I think Crossfit is my finally journey for all the things that I had learned and was taught as a child to becoming a Crossfit Athlete, I am Honored to share the talent I was given, to share with you and to inspire you, just as you All inspire me!!!!

My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I train 4 days a week and rest 2 day. My Coaches are excellent at having me rest and recover, but I always want to train, but rest is just as important to training.
