I've been CrossFitting since July 2010 and at a box since August 2011. So proud of my team and box this year - Regionals 2013!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I avoid processed foods. I have been eating a lot more recently to aid in gaining strength. I shoot for 30-35-35 carb-fat-protein. 2g EPA/DHA per day. Favorite foods - Chipotle and anything Reese's.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I work and rest solely on how my body feels. On strict rest days, I practice skills like handstand walking, snatch technique, etc.
