How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I have had juvenile diabetes for 30 years so I eat primarily a ketogenic (primal style) diet...no wheat, limited grains, and lots of veggies & meat.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I follow Ben Bergeron's Competitor WOD & Rudy Neilsen's OUTLAW CrossFit's Competitor programing with variations and extra auxillary work written by myself.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I am an MMA and Jui Jitsu (submission grappling) competitor. I have also competed in ultra distance triathlon and adventure race events along with local and regional crossfit competitions.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
Ive been a LEVEL 1 certified CrossFit coach in Chattanooga Tennessee for 3 years now.
