How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo/primal eating for the most part. Cleaner food and less cheats when I have a good reason.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
Co-owner, co-head coach at CrossFit Coeur d'Alene. Programming is our own, we get coaching from each other and assistant coaches. Mostly stripped-down Zumba and shake weight.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played professional sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Swam/ran/cycled in HS. Rowed collegiately and post collegiately. Now I keep busy with CrossFit, adventure racing, backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and whatever else catches my fancy.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

Safe to say that CF has changed my life, as my entire professional life now revolves around it.
