How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Ive open myself up to Paleo however i miss dairy and donuts.
How I Train
I record my workouts
I use to write all my workouts but now im keeping track of named workouts, key ones and lifting PR's.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
First took on organized sports in High School, Field Hockey, Basketball, Softball and Karate. I continue to play softball in competitive leagues in Northwest. Also chasing my son around is full time sport.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I didn't take Crossfit serious my first year. In last 18 months I've rededicated myself to it and train up to 5 +day week.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
typically 3 on 1 off rotation with Oly lifting added in. try to get in double days when nagged by coaches
