How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Try to balance macronutrients for every meal/snack. I eat cleaner leading into Regionals and the Games.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Wrestler in High School, after high school looking for interesting hobbies to stay in shape I did some gymnastic/stunt training and rock climbing.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My life literally revolves around this sport.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Try to stay on my coaches schedule but I also listen to my body well. Rest if rest is needed, work more if rest isn't needed.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Just over 4 years, had a little set back in 2011 but I am now back in the groove and hitting PRs again! Thank to Coach Bergeron :D
