Group classes at the box are very important to me. They are the hallmark of why I started Crossfit and the reason I keep coming back! I will always participate in the scheduled class (..as opposed to finding someone to program for me specifically). When I can, I like to program Olympic lifting, auxiliary/skill sets along with the classes to work on weaknesses as well as develop strengths. I just love volume. Because I work as a nurse during the week days, it is typical for me to rest a day or two during the week and really have at it during the weekends. The "training" is out of pure love for the sport and being able to carry and spread 80 bags of mulch faster than my husband. I've also been in pursuit of the perfect air-squat since 2011!
