Group classes at the box are very important to me. They are the hallmark of why I started Crossfit and the reason I keep coming back! I will always participate in the scheduled class (..as opposed to finding someone to program for me specifically). When I can, I like to program Olympic lifting, auxiliary/skill sets along with the classes to work on weaknesses as well as develop strengths. I just love volume. Because I work as a nurse during the week days, it is typical for me to rest a day or two during the week and really have at it during the weekends.
