How long have you been doing CrossFit?
This sport is like no other. I was blessed to be able to participate in the Crossfit Games in 2011. There was an exercise I could not perform in the competition and all of my peers that I was competing with were trying to help me! The support, grace and the Human Element in this sport can't be beat. Good luck to everyone! God Bless!
