I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I grew up playing Soccer competitively; then played club soccer in college. I ending up tearing my ACL and looking for something different to help with rehab and found a kettlebell class which led me to CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
A barbell, some dumbbells, soccer ball filled with sand, and a playground was my gym for about a year.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Less WOD's, more Soccer, and more rest this year
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
religiously since 2010.01.19, first WOD in fall of 2009.
