My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played baseball, basketball, soccer,football and wrestled all through middle school. In high school just focused on wrestling.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
I found a Crossfit trainer's card at the gym I was exercising at. I decided to give him a call, scheduled a workout and have been a member since. Recently moved to a new gym and have been coaching Crossfit since 8/18/14
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
ive been trying to listen to my body, if I'm sore I'll do one workout a day, if I feel good I'll try two or more. Big focus has been on strength, gymnastics and only lifting.
