I weigh and measure my food
zone/paleo eating. no breads, starches etc.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I record my workouts
I focus on box wod's through out the week & program my own workouts on gym rest days and the weekend.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played baseball, basketball, soccer,football and wrestled all through middle school. In high school just focused on wrestling.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I found a Crossfit trainer's card at the gym I was exercising at. I decided to give him a call, scheduled a workout and have been a member since.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I have been focusing on getting two workouts in a day on the days that will allow it with my current work schedule.
