I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I pretty much eat what my wife tells me too eat. But I sneak cookies as much as I can.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I am currently a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt and an active competitor. Last Years Results Chicago Open 3rd Place Lightweight Purple Belt 3rd Place Open weight Dallas Open 3rd Place Lightweight Purple 3rd Place Open Weight NoGI World Championships 3rd Place Middle weight Brown Belt GO Alliance!!!!!! My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Doing Brazilian jiu jitsu and crossfit is very demanding on the body. So I take days off when my body tells me too. I'm never concerned with numbers or times when its comes to the WOD After doing jiu jitsu for 6 hours a day I just do crossfit cause its fun and I like working out with my friends.
