How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat paleo with some minor changes but skip as much sugar (anything related to sugar) as possible. I allow myself once a week to deviate from this.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I do a bit of road- and mountainbiking in the summer and play golf.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
After rupturing my achilles 3 years ago I needed something different to get me going - CrossFit did just that and amazingly much more! Quality of life has changed dramatically.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
