Bio

I grew up playing all sports but stuck primarily to indoor volleyball and track (hurdles, 4x100m) throughout middle school and high school. At UCSB I was a part of the Club Ultimate Frisbee team "Burning Skirts" that won the National Championship in 2009, runner up in 2010. Throughout my life I've been accustomed to conditioning but didn't take Crossfit seriously until summer 2013 when I first joined Crossfit LAX.
